We regularly host major Islamic events, such as the upcoming Annual Urs-e-Ghause Pak (Bari Ghayarveen Sharif), as well as community dinners and special lectures.

Reason and flexibility

The school is known for its emphasis on personal reasoning prime to apply Islamic principles to new situations. 

Istihsan (Juristic Preference):

Allows scholars to choose a more practical or compassionate ruling based on the spirit of the law, even if it slightly deviates from a strict analogy.

Urf (Local Customs):

Recognises and incorporates local customs into legal judgments, provided they do not conflict with Islamic principles.

Primary sources

Like other schools, it derives its rulings from the Quran and the Sunnah (sayings and practices of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ).
